I first encountered Personalias through their micro stories on twitter. Very short tales told in just a few tweets expertly honed down to get the story across efficiently and effectively. After a particularly amusing premise about a town of cartoon physics I thought I’d check out some longer format stories.
If you think you might be interested in some AB/DL fiction, I enjoyed Dante’s Infanzia as a first complete tale which can be read for free over on Personalias’s Deviant art. I was really impressed by immersive world crafting mixed with AB content that didn’t seem too sparse or too over the top. The AB content is there as bait for a well written story that kept me squirming in concern for the main characters.
I just joined their Patreon over the weekend and see there is so much more material than is available elsewhere. It’s definitely worth the cash if you enjoyed the stories on Deviant Art.
